Challenges

The company was using the legacy system wherein everything was being recorded manually. Since their projects were growing, the manual process was being an inconvenience to them. A major challenge within the company was every time the paper trail gets lost physically along the way. From site to office, papers get lost.

Fault finding between site engineers and the project management team in the office was becoming the norm. As a result, important papers and requests were hard to monitor for the project management.

Solution

Devtac developed the company’s CRM allowing them to have a birdeye view of their processes; from building the units up until they are ready to be occupied. With their data being easily captured in the CRM, they were able to have a seamless flow of operations. All important information regarding the procurement of materials, construction of the units, and post-construction activities are available in their CRM. Hence, the bill of materials for each unit is tracked discreetly. Processing of requests is also done faster within the system. In a nutshell, customizing the CRM according to their specific requirements helped the company monitor their projects closely making provision for a more effective unit management.
