Challenges

In 2013, Booth & Partners was a fast-paced startup with a mission to deliver world-class outsourced and extended workforce solutions. As their customer base grew rapidly, so did the demand for their recruitment services. However, this growth brought several challenges that hindered their ability to scale efficiently.

The first challenge was strengthening customer relationships, which required unlocking new upsell and cross-sell opportunities while also ensuring high customer retention. As their customer base expanded, maintaining personalized relationships became more complex.

Recognizing these challenges, Booth & Partners understood the need for a specialized software solution to manage their growing business. However, purchasing two separate software packages and integrating them was too costly for a startup. Solution

To address their challenges, Booth & Partners implemented Zoho One, focusing on Zoho CRM and Zoho Recruit to streamline their sales, recruitment, and client management processes. By integrating both systems, they gained real-time visibility into recruitment efforts, which enabled better client engagement and simplified reporting. Zoho CRM consolidated client data, automated processes, and improved tracking of client retention and service delivery.

To maximize the benefits of Zoho One, Booth & Partners partnered with Devtac, the only Zoho Premium Partner in the Philippines, to ensure optimal implementation. Devtac helped integrate CRM and Recruit to improve workflow efficiency and data visibility. They also developed a new module to streamline client approval requests, utilizing Zoho apps such as Creator, Flow, Sign, and Writer. Through this collaboration, Booth & Partners automated repetitive tasks, reducing the time needed to complete processes and increasing productivity.

This transformation led to a remarkable 80% user adoption across teams, with customized workflows, layouts, and integrations significantly improving operational efficiency. By reducing manual work and enhancing data accuracy, Booth & Partners empowered their teams to make more informed decisions and support their continued growth.

Zoho adoption increased by 18% compared to Q4 2023, ensuring the company maximized the value of its subscription. Automated dashboards now provide a single, reliable source of data, offering real-time performance tracking and enabling clearer role accountabilities. With defined responsibilities and more efficient workflows, the company reduced manual tasks for client approvals by 50%. Additionally, they simplified their operations by retiring three separate forms and four spreadsheets, streamlining processes.
