Project Delivery Manager
Job Description
- End-to-end Project Management responsibilities including development and management of project plans, issue management, change control management, resource and budget management, knowledge transfer, publishing recurring status reports, overseeing the creation and sign-off of deliverables.
- Overall management of specific client engagements, including the day-to-day management of all resources assigned to the project and the management of the client relationship at the project level.
- Oversee the assessment, discovery, design, configuration, training and deployment of service engagements for our clients
- Define and manage overall project goals and success criteria, and work with customers on the definition and execution of overall project plan
- Effectively communicate plans, progress and status/updates to both internal staff and customer.
- Review and approve project team’s time and expense reports
- Periodically report to management team on targets, status of projects, resource requirements
- Coordinate with operations team on administrative requirements (eg invoicing, procurement, etc)
- Provide leadership and mentoring to project team members and conduct performance reviews as applicable
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Basic understanding of project coordination and delivery processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—able to build positive relationships with clients and team members.

Digital Marketing Associate
Job Description
- Manages all DEVTAC social media accounts (FB, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Creates Marketing brochures, contents, and collaterals
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and potential market opportunities
- Develop strategies to increase sales and brand awareness through digital channels such as search engines, social media, and online advertising
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns that align with company goals and objectives
- Design and develop web pages based on client requirements
- Create content for blogs, social media, and other digital platforms to engage target audiences
- Build relationships with clients by explaining their options, answering questions, and providing support throughout the process
- Monitor industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for new products or services
- Coordinate with designers, programmers, and other team members to develop new digital tools and features
- Analyze data to determine marketing effectiveness and make adjustments as needed
